Airtable Script: Markdown to HTML

These scripts convert Markdown text (such as text in Rich Text fields) to HTML and stores the HTML in a long text field.

• The Scripting Extension button script lets you quickly convert markdown text for all records in a view.
• The Automation Script lets you convert markdown text upon clicking an Interface Button element, or when you indicate that text entry is done by setting a single-select or checkbox field.

Required Base Schema:

• A field containing the markdown text. Can be a long text field with rich text formatting enabled.
• A long text field in the same table that does NOT have rich text formatting. The script fills in this field. Any existing data is overwritten.

These minified scripts are not human readable or editable.
